Opening the Hood

Before opening the hood, shift the gear to P (Park) and make sure the vehicle has completely stopped.

1. Hood unlock button: Press the hood unlock button, which is located on the crash pad, twice.

   • After pressing the hood unlock button once, you must press it again within about 3 seconds to unlock the hood. If about 3 seconds have passed, it will be reset and you will have to press the hood unlock button twice again.

   Smart key button: Press and hold the hood unlock button on the smart key for about 3 seconds to unlock the hood.

   Digital Key: Touch Hood Open on the Bluelink app on your smartphone (digital key) to unlock the hood.

2. Lift the unlocked hood upward.

   • Lift the hood halfway and it opens automatically.
