Charging Your Electric Vehicle

Check the detailed information about charging an electric vehicle and charge your vehicle. Your vehicle is equipped with a NACS charging port (North American Charging Standard), also referred to as a J3400 connector.

Electric vehicles can be charged via an AC charger or DC charger installed at public charging stations or residences. If the vehicle cannot be moved to an AC or DC charging station, you can charge the vehicle via the portable charger (Dual Voltage charger that can charge with either 120 V or 240 V). If the model is different than the model described in this manual, see the instructions provided with the charger.

You can also use the adapters for charging on 2 other common charger types: J1772 for AC charging (Level 1 when it is 120V, Level 2 when 240V). CCS for fast DC charging at CCS stations. See the adapter information in this section for more details.
