Cargo security screen

Use the cargo security screen to cover items stored in the luggage compartment.

  • If the cargo security screen is connected to the tailgate, the cover lifts with the tailgate when opening the tailgate.

  • If you do not want the cargo security screen to lift with the tailgate, disconnect the strap (1) from the strap holder of the tailgate.

Removing cargo security screen

To remove the cargo security screen:

  1. Disconnect the strap (1) from the strap holder of the tailgate.

  2. Lift the cover diagonally and pull it out (2).

To reinstall, follow the reverse order.

  • When the cargo security screen is removed, you can secure the cover to the rear seatback to prevent distraction whilst driving.

  • Since the cargo security screen also lifts when opening the tailgate, move the items placed on top of the cover to a safe place so they do not fall.

  • Do not put excessive pressure or weight on the cargo security screen. The cargo security screen may be damaged.

Increasing luggage compartment volume

To increase luggage compartment volume:

  1. Open the tailgate and remove the cover according to ‘Removing cargo security screen’.

  2. Push the cargo security screen in to reach the lower fixing part (A).

    • Be careful not to get the cover caught in the cargo.

  3. Insert the cargo security screen to the lower fixing part (A) on both sides.

  4. Lift the rear part of the cargo security screen and secure it with the stopper (B).

    • To release the cargo security screen, press the stopper (B), lower the cover, and pull out the cover diagonally.

When securing cover, be careful not to get the cover caught on the upper fixing part. The cargo security screen may be damaged.
